Fieldin making an apple cake (Above) The kitchen has been so busy the last couple months. With all the lunch lady work and sourdough experimentation, I feel like I live in there.
Little man likes to do projects and his school work at the table.
I like to sit in the kitchen and watch the birds in the backyard over my morning cup of tea.
The lunch lady made her first fruit leather( raspberry) and it was a success and made a good snack.
We no longer buy tortillas. Me and my tortilla press are good pals now and I can make them pretty quickly and throw them on the griddle. Tonight we had fish tacos with the tortillas. It is pretty fun and easy. Another dough perfected.
