Happy 4th

We spend another fun 4th of July at the coast with friends. 

Such a fun tradition we look forward to each year.

Camp

 Greta went away to summer camp this week. So it was officially "Fieldin week" around here. 

 She moved up to the middle school camp this year and was given the cabin at the VERY top of the hill, farthest from the bathrooms.. but what an awesome view.

 She wanted to get to camp early to get a top bunk. 

 She went with these friends  to camp last year too.

Vacation Bible School

 A couple weeks ago, for the first time, I taught at vacation bible school. 

It was a very fun week. Fieldin was a camper, I was a teacher and Greta helped a team leader take care of a preschool group for the morning. She volunteered her time and I am proud of her. 

It was a great camp (I still have all the songs in my head). A great week for all of us. 

 Fieldin got an award in his age group for being a great camper and remembering verses, etc. 

Around Here

Life has been busy with summer. 

It is time to put up fruit for the winter and right now, it is blueberry time. 

 It's also time for Knights baseball in the evenings. If you carry a trash bag, you get a pack of big league chew after so this is Fieldin's new passion.
