Wow. Weeks fly by so fast these days. I don't even feel like I got much done this last week.
The flu is out of the house(I hope) and has been replaced by allergies.Everything is in bloom and the cottonwood trees are blanketing us with "snow" as Fieldin calls it. The cotton is blowing everywhere and the cause of the kids stuffy noses I think.
I am adjusting to a different camera. I keep grabbing for my old trusty camera I know so well but pushing myself to get in sync with the different one. My brain has been a bit scattered too, alot on my mind, facing some changes and starting to wind down our little family for summer.
We have all been taking it a bit slower this week and it has been nice.
Morning coloring time and games.
Since he can't tell me to go away and ignores me anyway, I have been using the cat for camera practice. Here he is watching one of the many goldfinches that fly near or land on the screen door to taunt him. Poor cat.
Lots of baseball in the backyard this week.
Her hair is getting longer and thicker so I've been practicing some new do's.
Morning "cat time" before she goes to school.
My favorite flowers have opened in my window box
not sure why this is upside down.. view from the backyard
Cutting strawberries. Helping me make a Rhubard/Strawberry sour cream cake
He's been trying to practice yoga with me. Sometimes Greta does too. I think it's neat they do it.
Succulent bloom in front yard. It reminds me of a tidepool.
One of his favorite spots under one of the nesting boxes. He waits and watches.
