My Classroom

Here is just a glimpse of my classroom this year. I put it through a major overhaul this summer. 

I worked on it more today and should of taken new pics but this will give you an idea. I need to add an awning to my little market in the back. Tomorrow is the first day so we will see how it all works. 

 My desk which is now cleaned up and in order :)

First Day Of School

It's time to make school lunches again... 

First day of 6th Grade?Middle School 

I can't believe it. She had a great day and woke up early (no joke!) to get ready for school. During the summer she awoke at 11 a.m., now she is up before 6 a.m. 

Her locker opened, she made some friends, caught her bus on time and was up when it was still dark outside. She had a good day. The poor cat was confused, trying to figure out why Greta was up so early.. it must be an emergency?? He settled down after awhile. 

It felt like Fall because it POURED their first day of school. 

lil' man is in 2nd grade and when asked how school went he said" I like my teacher. She'll do" good thing I guess?? He is excited for P.E.

Notice anything different? This guy is wearing contacts now. Extremely active 7 year old + glasses= bad combination.... We tried them out and he likes them. We love them, this kid needed his glasses adjusted DAILY. Now he is free to see while being a WWE wrestler/ fastest man alive/ jedi/ ninja/ trampoline somersault star without worrying about his always food covered slippy glasses :)

Yep, it's college football time again. 

This guy will be keeping the carpet in front of the TV warm EVERY Saturday. 

Tent Life

After Greta got her cast off we took the kids tent camping by a lake where they were able to do some tubing and attempt water skiing. Fieldin drank a bunch of the lake and lost his trunks on his water skiing attempts so decided to wait awhile to try again.

Two Yellow Belts

Not to be outdone by his sister, Fieldin earned a yellow belt. He is a youth yellow and Greta is an adult yellow. He did great on his forms and his testing. Congrats buddy.

Goodbye Summer

We had an interesting summer.... Jeff broke his wrist, Greta broke her arm, then Jeff blew out his knee and I worked most of the summer so we didn't have the summer that we are used to but that is ok.... When we could we enjoyed the outdoors
